LIUNA TRAINING AND EDUCATION FUND PRIVACY POLICY

Protecting your private information is our priority. This statement applies to liunatraining.org, which is operated by the LIUNA Training and Education Fund (LIUNA Training), and governs data collection and usage. Unless otherwise noted in this Privacy Policy, all references to LIUNA Training include liunatraining.org. The LIUNA Training website is used to share information with Laborers’ International Union of North America (LIUNA) District Councils, Local Unions, affiliates, signatory contractors and members. By using liunatraining.org, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of Your Personal Information

To sign up for and use services on liunatraining.org, you may be required to provide certain personal information. LIUNA Training will use this information to communicate with you regarding the services and/or products you have requested.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

LIUNA Training does not sell, rent or lease its customer list to third parties.

LIUNA Training may share limited data with trusted partners to send you email or postal mail, provide support or arrange for deliveries. Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

  • Delete your personal information from our records; and
  • Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

LIUNA Training reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy from time to time. Your continued use of the lhsfna.org and/or services available after such modifications will constitute your: (a) acknowledgement of the modified Privacy Policy; and (b) agreement to abide and be bound by that policy.
